Default I Need a Droopy Headliner re-upholstered.

Please recommend a shop in Houston that will do a good long-lasting headliner job at a reasonable price. Best price I've gotten so far is $100, if I bring them the headliner out of the vehicle.

Thats a good price... materials cost about $50. Dont think you'll find cheaper unless you do it yourself.

The one on my 1995 was shot. I have zero skill with fabric ect, but did it on my own. Came out great and has lasted. I would do it again. Yes parts do cost as much as 50 bucks, but it is not that hard to do. I used this site:

i agree with members that chimed in. save yourself some money and buy the kit from
www.wlsheadliners.com and do it yourself. i got my kit from the same site and replacement took about 1 1/2 hour for me (with many breaks. haha)

I wasn't able to reuse my overhead though. I have seen that people have a hard fiberglass headliner in there XJ's but mine was a molded floppy fiberglass that I tore out literally piece by piece. Guess I need to head to the junk yard for a new one.

I would just goto some fabric store, by what you need, and then goto town with spray glue. That's what I always do.

Did my roof liner myself, cost just over $20 in materials, $15 for the glue and $6 for the fabric from Wal-Mart.

I have never done a roof liner before nd have no fabric skills, have a go yourself, youll be happy at the end result.
