found it! turns out when i installed that 3-row rad, the tranny cooler line was close to a bracket, which seems to have rubbed through the aluminum elbow, i shoulda known to bend the bracket during the install

should be a quick fix as long as i can find the part i need (or something similar that i can modify)

 

Thats not far from the casa so im gonna head over there to check it out in a min
