from what i heard it is in may (i'm not back till the end of the month anyways). definitely will be down for the convoy, and there ain't nothin better than campin on the beach, drinkin some brews & fishin. we could camp out at san louis pass (as there are some nice lil dunes to drive on) unless yall have some other place in mind 
still have to do the door mod when i get back, just dreading the wiring portion of it (it's always tedious work
)...... then again, if we are campin out, i may wanna keep them on as the evening wind sill surely fill the jeep up with sand

Lol, a bunch of Cherokees on beach camping, Sounds like so much trouble, I am so down. And you guys can teach me how to fish in the ocean!

it's easy (as long as you have a finshing liscence)! cast some bait on a hook into the water, sit down, pop open a beer

Well its illegal to drive on the dunes out there. And they police it very HARD during topless weekend. Lots more room for camping on crystal beach. Oh and i too would be down for the convoy. Hoping to have mine street legal again by then. The xj just ain't as much fun being a trailer queen.
