I'm always down for a trail run. I live in the WLR area but have the XJ at 4x4 offroad outfitters in NLR having some work done to it. Should be getting it back soon. Still waiting for locker and shafts to get in. You know some good local places? I definitely want to hit up Hot Springs. Never been the the park up there.

We definitely need to get a list going of some good local places. Jeffrey Stone in NLR is the best I have found so far, it is loads of fun, always open and has awesome scenery with the bluffs and quarry. It is right off of McArthur at the end of E. Meadow, you will see the open gate and can use google maps to navigate.
I've been dying to get on the power lines off Denny road but I can't seem to find good access without the possibility of getting run off. Saline river bottoms has a small place to play behind the county airport. Everything out towards Lake Norrell is blocked off as far as I can see but there are MILES of trails out there if we could find an entry point.
There is a power line off hwy 5 right past Otter Creek park that looks badass but they've got a dirt mound plowed up at the entrance that I don't think I can clear. At least not without a spotter and potential recovery vehicle. That one may be accessible off of Sparks Rd as well but I haven't checked out that end.
Power line off of Lawson just past the plant nursery looks to have a workaround to the left of the gate but again I have not tried it yet.
Highway 9 towards Paron has some spots and that's probably where I'm headed next. Anybody that can provide directions or suggestions for other good places I would really appreciate it.
