Moving to Duluth, looking for housing

I will be taking a new job and moving to Duluth next month. Have any contacts for rental housing? I'm trying to find something 2 bedrooms or more that will allow a dog and has a garage with power for me to work on the Jeep and car and keep the motorcycle and tools in. Would like to stay within about 30 minutes of Duluth either on the MN side or WI side. Any leads are appreciated.
