Locks

I have a 96 jeep Cherokee Classic. What I need to know is how to fix my locks. For the most part when I lock my jeep they all get stuck about halfway.. And when they do lock it is very difficult to get it to unlock. There is probably a very simple way to fix it but sorry, I'm new to this and still trying to figure out my jeep

Thanks

You would have to pull the door trim panels, but it sounds like you need to clean and lubricate the mechanism. Did all 4 start doing this at the same time, or did one start and the others caught up?

I really couldn't tell you.. I've only had it for about a year and it has done it ever since I got it

If they all went at the same time, I would suspect an electrical issue. When you unlock the door with a key is the effort higher than you would think it should be?

Derp, LOL

I would start by pulling off the door panels, and inspecting everything and making sure its all clean.
