Kansas City area Jeepers?!

In Kansas City. Can anyone tell me why, after installing new taller rear shackles & longer rear shocks. Why did it not raise much &, flatten out my leaf springs? It seems as though something else is holding it back from coming up. What could it be?

I'm in Lawrence, so pretty close
I'm going to Tuttle Creek ORV on the Saturday after thanksgiving if anybody is interested in meeting up and wheeling. I'm not looking to do anything extreme (no winch, no lockers, not armor, etc)

Where is Tuttle Creek ? I have an old beater 95 Cherokee that I would like to take on some trails but nothing too extreme. I depend on her to get me to work and back so can't be tearing anything up.

Well I'm down for what ever. Usually Sundays work well for me or maybe like a Saturday night. I do want to go to Kansas rocks at some point in the near future
