JEEP XJ!!!

1997 Cherokee sport, so I recently was having issues with my brakes on my XJ as soon as I am about to come to a complete stop they make this rough noise and the driver side seems to lock up and pull the left, I have recently changed the brake pads, calipers, rotors and brake lines, yet the problem continues, it is annoying and getting expensive, what is the issue I don't want to keep buying parts that I don't need. can any one help??? is my XJ finished,is this issue fixable. I just want to resolve this issue so I can put together a nice rig can anyone help me who knows what they are talking about???
