I'll keep an eyeball out for those.... thanks

OK guys, I hope you don't mind me jumping in on this diet thing. I hate to say it Stealthy but they keep saying no meat when the store bought veggie options can be much worse. If your veggie burgers have soy in them you are better off eating real meat because we are actually biologically designed to do this to feed the brain. Real meat rather than soy, but smaller lean as possible portions.

Soy has serious risks also and is being found to not really be good for you at all. Making your own veggie burgers without soy protein is much much safer for you if you insist on no meat. What is most important is understanding the difference between fat and saturated fat. Two different critters. Fat good, saturated fat bad. Fat feeds the brain and cognitive abilities, and the human brain needs it to prevent slowly becoming a vegetable.

Here are some of the risks with soy products guys just so you know...

It comes from years of research proving to vegetables (vegans) they are wrong.

Thank you my friend... I am still stalling to go get started because I know how this is going to end. My mind is giving me the false perception that if I don't go it won't happen.

Unfortunately it is reality time and I have to wrap my head around this fact.

I appreciate your concern. I'm still researching what I should eat. But name ANY food you eat, and I can find news articles that say it is bad for you. Penn and Teller got college students to sign a petition banning dihydrogen monoxide. My point? Humans are stupid.

Hey CL whenever you wanna go out for a run then let me know. I'm in the east valley and there are trails everywhere.

I know how it is my friend. We all know the reality of life and how it works, but somehow the big things don't seem to really phase us until we are face to face with them. Be proud, you fought a good fight and got further than most would have.
If you need anything we're here for you my friend.

Agreed good sir... lol... humans tend to do dumb things a lot... especially if they are in groups because then the group/mob mentality takes over.
"Persons are smart, but people are dumb and panicky. They can't handle the truth." -- Tommy Lee Jones (Men In Black) - fictional movie, but true statement....IMHO

Afternoon AZ XJ'ers - For the first time since buying the XJ, I am heading up to Payson this weekend, from Mesa, for a spot of camping, though on 33's and the stock 3.55's I am a little concerned. Has anyone made this trip on stock gears/oversized tires? Experiences would be great thanks guys!
