Looks like fun! Let me know if you ever want company! I'm looking to start exploring the Big Horns come this spring. I live about 20 miles outside of Hardin towards Sheridan. Figure its closer to go to the Big Horns than all the way to the Pryors!

Been wanting to go that way for some time,but got some other things more pressing atm, I did do a 1200 mile adventure over labor day in idaho and back,180miles of off road

My daughter made the High School National Finals Rodeo in 2015 and 2016, Rock Springs. We hauled horses from the east coast to Rock Springs, we took a day and explored up around Jackson. 20 years prior I was in Jackson H. and did some pack trips.


My 15 Y.O. is building a Cherokee (with me) and wants to load the kayaks and go to Wyoming for his senior trip.

 

Yuck...Rocksprings. Jackson is pretty country. The whole town, and Teton Village is completely Shut down right now due to snow pack, wind and storm damage. Much of Jackson, Wilson, and Moose are all without power. Snapped poles, ski lifts tore up, plows cant keep up with snow fall. Togwotee pass has been closed for like a month. I am headed over there in a few weeks for the Zac Brown Concert, so hopefully they gt it up and running again.

 

My son wants to go to Wy to do some wheeling and kayak fishing his senior year,, 3 more years.
