Wanting to plan a Wild Bill run this month. Who is in?

 

Sure- assuming the roads clear off a bit.... Lol my jeep almost died tonight... Taking Mullen home to Frenchtown, some f250 rounded one of corners in front of me and started doing 360s. I was going 50 and tried to drive into the ditch but slid sideways... we ended up sliding past each other perfectly... I have no idea how we didn't hit... Facing the same direction lol...


Pretty slick out there tonight. I am down for a trip though.

 

Roads in billings are just as bad,cars flying off the road everywhere,had some semis lose it too,ian406 how's ur jeep running since I was up there last

 

Put the Stroker in... replaced almost everything under the hood- (headers, 62 mm TB, 24lb injectors etc.) I am happy with it. Ton more power than before. Need to work on cooling system- Even with Hesco high flow tstat housing, coolermaster water pump, 3 row rad I overheated in Moab this summer and a few times on other trails.

Want to regear to something deeper/ do a strongbox but fear blowing the D30 up if I do. (running 4.10s currently) currently running like crap- drown the distributer one too many times. Need some new treads lol

 

Ended up going with a brand new motor and put a pace setter header on it,no cat 2.5'' exhaust all the way back witha a flow master....its sitting 3.5'' higher then stock and did some custom body work on the rear 1/4s and some other small stuff

 

And did a 81/4 axle swap in the back as well,sye and locker r next

I also upgraded an axle... trusses/sleeved/gusseted it after cracking my 2nd one in half. Has held up great so far.

 

Eventually I'm gonna run fsj axels as their only 1'' wider then the stock xjs

Yeah pretty much. Unless we plan plenty in advance to take a weekday off. Or if my wife lets me go on a Sunday which is highly unlikely.

 

My wife gave me permission to go out and do something this saturday
Lets go play in some snow.

 

I work this Saturday but have nxt sat off lol.
