Trying to set up a run on presidents day anybody interested will set destination after more interest pops up I'm currently in Bozeman but willing to go anywhere Montana

 

So got more set up most likely going to do the blacktail ohv trail ride on president day or weekend before or after

 

Where is Blacktail OHV trail? Closer to you than me I assume.....we really need a Montana roster of XJ owners to get meet & greets, trail runs or wrenching parties organized.

 

It is up by kalispell so a ways from me still but I've heard it's well worth it

That is on the Northwestern side of Flathead correct?

I'm down! never even heard of that trail and have lived in the Flathead Valley for 29 years!!

 

Hmmm...well after looking at a couple of YouTube videos I think I might need to wait for some mods. Doesn't look like my stock XJ will be able to handle much of that trail. I would still like to check it out.

 

After some thought and a look at the snow up blacktail I thought it would be a better idea to try somewhere else and save blacktail for more of a spring summer ride.


So now it is a trip up racetrack near deer lodge if anybody has bought or is thinking of buying 4x4 routes of western Montana by Willie and Jeanne worthy it's on page 81 it's a sweet book.
