Nope, I take the 18 all the way up to Arrowhead. I live about 1 mile away from the 18, so it makes it quick and easy. When I go to Big Bear, I take the 330. That must have been quite the drive for you considering it takes me about a hour to get up there on a nice day. Add in the ridiculous amount of fog there was and ya, very long trip.
Haha it was about an hour and a half just to get up the last 10 miles because everyone was putting on chains. We should go again! Once I install my new springs and etc
It is kinda raining/snowing up here tonight, but really the only snow is up at Mountain High right now. Wrightwood is clear.
Liam Wrightwood is west of the 138, and up in the mountains.
Ahh thats too bad. I was hoping you were going to get some good snow last night. I know it poured at my house. Do you know if the trails off Lone Pine (south side) are open? Last time I tried to go on them, they were closed cause of all the fires. Same with all the Lytle Creek trails.
We got 2" of snow last night, but it pretty much melted today up here. We are expecting some weather tomorrow night (snow), through Saturday.
Just be advised about all the Snow Players that come up on Sat & Sun once the "white billboard goes up from down bellow".
I know we will be grocery shoppin tomorrow, so we can stay in with a nice fire and some hot (------- in a cup or bowl) watching the line of cars from our back yard.
If you come up here PM me.

Nice! My other half is down in Mexico right now so I have a nice bachelor weekend ahead of me. But my parents are in Tahiti so I might go "borrow" their Arrowhead house for the weekend. We will see how the weather is tonight. I didnt like the drive up there last time in the middle of the storm. Could barely see the front of the Jeep.
