Hey guys, I'm looking for tires for my XJ. There are a million different options out there but I am wondering what YOU run for tires here in the PNW. I need a set of 33x9.50 or 33x10.50 that will see some street use but mainly trails. What shoes are on your rig?
ive been through 4 different sets of tires in the past few years wheeling just the PNW and the best i have found are the Goodyear Wrangler MTr Kevlars. do great in everything and have tougher sidewalls

Im on my 2nd set and already have a 3rd set in mind. First set I had were BF Goodrich All Terrain K/o's, my 2nd set are Wild country TXR M/s, and my next set will be BF Goodrich Mud Terrain KM2's.

I have the k/o's 33/9.5 do great off road. Much Better then Some people give them credit for I think.
Just went on a wheeling trip with 5 other vehicals...all running different tires, one had duratracs, another some random M/Ts and a few other A/Ts. There was one hill that was full of ruts left and right all the way up, they all had to gain speed and punch it to make it up, I in 4hi crept up like its was simply a dirt hill. Yet there was 6+ inches of snow.

33-10.5 BFG AT's, They are my 3rd set and have really good all around luck with them. On my old XJ I ran the old version of the Goodyear MT/R's they were Great in Snow & Mud. Only downfall was that they were made of soft rubber compound though, they wore pretty bad. Partly my fault, didn't rotate them when i should have. Next set i'm gonna go with 35" KM2, like the BFG's.....

Thanks for the replies! Anybody looking to sell a set? I'm hunting for a good deal. I don't mind paying a fair price but some of these Craigslist people can **** a fuse box! I'm going to go to the local used tire store in a few days to see what they have. I have a set of 33x12.50R15 BFG A/T's that are going to be too wide to run unless I can find some wheels with DEEP backspacing, but I'd rather run a skinnier tire. I would be willing to trade with cash but who wants to trade anymore? Everyone just wants cash.
