There are tons of possiblilites of whats causing it. Your gonna have to trouble shoot it to figure out which one. First thing i would try is to check the bottom bolt on the track bar is tight and then go from there. You'll have to search for all the possibilities. there are millions of threads on it

Ever use fix a flat? Alignment. Unbalanced Tires.
Trac Bar(bushings, angles, bolts), Axle Mounts, Tie Rods, Caster Angle, Control arm bushings, Steering box bolts/spacer, Frame(cracks in frame could make steering box feel loose), Damaged steering stabilizer, Bad ball/u joint, drive shaft not balanced, bad front hub, idler arm.
Check those.

I just fixed death wobble on my Jeep. A dry park test will help pinpoint any loose parts, have someone go in the car and turn the wheel side to side and look under car at all the joints to see if there is any up and down movement, I found movement in my track bar joint so I replaced it and so far no death wobble. Make sure the car is on the ground though as there has to be load.
