Default XJ Rookie Question: Late model Wrangler Rims on '96 XJ?

Found a good deal on a set of aluminum 15x7 rims off a 2005 Wrangler X. Owner says they have +38mm offset. Will these work on a '96 XJ?

Should have a 5x4.5 bolt pattern just like your cherokee. All wranglers did from 87 till 06

Bolt pattern is correct, but not sure if offset is right.

If they're factory rims then they'll work. All XJ, ZJ, YJ, and TJ rims are 5x4.5 with 38mm offset.
