some code readers will clear codes for you, otherwise disconnect your battery cables and touch them together and leave them like that for like 15-20 mins. will clear the codes and get rid of that CEL light.

Mine has the light on too. It throws codes for both O2 sensors. I replaced them both, and the light is still on. I reset the computer. The light went out, but came back on??? Still throws the codes even with new sensors.

Mine stas on too, But gives a code for the catalitic converter. I just reset it a few days before inspection time...
I would check the wiring to the O2 sensor ! It may be damaged..

Usually when an O2 sensor dies or starts to die, the CEL is all you will see. There is no associated signs out of the motor. It will usually continue to run fine. You notice a loss in your fuel mileage, though. They are pretty easy to swap out.

If your rear O2 is constantly sending a cel, you probably need the cat replaced then.
That IS the rear sensors job yanno?
