XJ front bumper - make a suggestion.
I'm looking to install a new bumper within the next month or so and I had my mind made up on the Daystar Four Real front bumper, until a fellow WV Jeeper informed me that bumpers made of tubing or pipe are illegal in WV.
So... what bumper do you have? What bumper do you want? I'm aiming for something in the ballpark of $350-400. JCR is nice, but pricey, and I'm a simple man (which means I'm cheap).
Make suggestions, and pictures would be appreciated
Given manufacturing time, I'd like to get one ordered asap.

For that price range there isn't much on the market. You might be farther a head to either build one yourself or find a local fab shop to build one for you.. Just my $.02

My bud just picked one up and it looks sharp mounted with the factory bumper. Even if you don't need a hitch he uses the extra room for a light bar. It is awesome and only 300. Just an Idea

Oh, and if anyone knows where there's a list of aftermarket bumper manufacturers on the web (which I'm sure there is one... somewhere) let me know.

Check out C4X4 as well! They have a pretty good reputation.

I assume you are looking at winch bumpers.. Which would put JCR a bit above your price range. I am looking at JCR myself, but for the non winch bumper.. most likely a stage 2 front and rear.

I built my own but it was modeled after the C4X4 one that is tapered.
These are all old picks but the best ones on my 'puter for now. They have lights and the Heep hes different wheels now but you still get the idea.

id say get a TNT customs rock runner bumper. they look amazing, mine was powdercoated black id suggest you do that. start at lke $400-500 i think but if you get tow hooks and turn signal gaurds it goes up a bit to like $600. its a sick bumper though, even has a skid plate for your cross member. its really a nice bumper has held up well. i feel that the stell could have been reinforced where the winch mounts though
