Will '95 doors fit on an '88? Just thinking the hinge roll pins might be different sizes.

They should. As far as I know they only changed hinge style in 97/98 when they updated the body style

Also worst case scenario you can unbolt your doors from the hinges and bolt the new doors to those hinges. They never changed the bolt/hinge pattern

plan is picking up another 2 door door set to swap the power regulator in my current doors to manual and then making the donor doors into half doors.

I don't see why that wouldn't work, iirc, there isn't a difference between power/manual doors on the inside so that plan should work
