Keep on craigslist and dont jump on one just because its the only one for sale local, keep searching until you find the nicest one you can in your price range. Also, on ebay you can click the drop box on the right to narrow your search to "nearest first." Also you can check Adhuntr.com which used to be called, allofcraigs.com which searches craigslist nationwide. You can also narrow your search there to your region or your exact state.
Welcome. Make him an offer. I think he will do $10 off

I appreciate it I will. Only thing with that one is that the o2 mounts to the passenger side, If I got that one would the o2 wire hang over the cat? I was thinking I needed one with the o2 bung welded to the rear of the cat, on the driver side.

Mine hands over iirc. The slack is fine. Doesn't touch. Ill double check tomorrow. But, I bet its the same. The O2 comes off the passenger side and goes over cat and connects. No issues. It doesn't lay on cat. It goes up and over. If that makes sense.

I just pulled it and checked, no rattle. This is now a "test" cat.

Makes sense to me, as long as the wire doesnt touch and the o2 doesnt bump into the floorboards Il make an offer! Then I just need a muffler and a header!

On an old car, I had the muffler making the rattle. Are you sure its not the injectors or clutch? Hard to tell off video where sound is coming from.

I have a very similar noise coming from my jeep however I can only hear it when sitting in the Jeep. Also, it doesnt make the noise until after it warms up, and its at idle. This started about a week after I replaced my clutch. I did put quite a bit of flex on the engine mounts at times and Im thinking they might be a bit worn now allowing the engine to move and possibly crack my exhaust manifold. However on yours it sounds like its coming from the cat?

I just ran this search on CL daily for a few weeks until I found what I was looking for:
cherokee -grand "5 speed"|5-speed|manual

Weeds out most of the WJ/ZJ results and the slushboxes. You're really just hoping that people are spelling things correctly though.

The sound comes from the cat/muffler that I am sure of. Pn? Could a bad injector cause the exhaust to make this puffing noise?

Wife had snapped a few for me after it was done...Lucky you, its too cold tonight. I have posted many times on here the link that shows mufflers and their sound vs horse power. If you want power. Borla is the answer (that's what I did). If its sound. Flowmaster. I also did the town pipe and replaced the pinch/dent by the manifold. I did the whole exhaust in 2.5" from manifold to tail pipe.

Thanks again, looks like yours mounts to the driver side however. Looks like you built the exhaust yourself nice work. I bought a 90amp flux core mig welder and a exhaust tube flare. Did you just flare your muffler and cat, slide them over the exhaust pipe then weld them up? Im getting ready to do this real quick, never dont exhaust work before. Im going to cut the exhaust off before the cat and after the muffler. It seems like the PO did the same however after the muffler they ran 2.5in pipe out the end. The exhaust isnt rusted so Im just going to replace the muffler and cat.

I bought it all and had it welded by a shop. He does o-k work. $80 to install everything. I then sell the old cat to local guy who pays $50 for them. So, labor is $30! No flare, EVERYTHING just went together. The shop only needed to add a small 2.5" pip from cat to muffler, then weld it all up. The shop owner even said, it was a simple job!

Here is my exhaust build with video's
