Wont start issue

It a 2000 xj and it was acting funny like it wasn't getting fuel and was missing and back firing than when I parked it won't start. Almost hits a lick. And back fires out intake and exhaust. The fuel line had a pin hole leak and I cut out the part and used a compression fitting. Still won't start and is getting fuel to rail and is getting spark.
Any ideas? I'm cleaning sensors today

You say you are getting fuel to the rail, but is there enough pressure? Listen for the fuel pump priming, and verify fuel pressure. Also make sure your fuel filter isn't clogged. I assume you repaired the fuel line after the issue was present too.

Yes I did the fuel line after and filter is in the tank it all started after I filled up and cleared up slightly when I added octane booster but only got worse
