Default wiring help? connector c302

Hello, i just recently put in an overhead console into my 97 xj. conector C302 was different between the 2 years and i just cut em off and butt connected the matching wires together. but there were 2 wires left unconnected. my question is on C302 what is the dark blue/grey (F1 20DB/GY) wire at pin 2 on the conector for? i had the same problem with the grey wire, but found it in my 97 service manual (for the Vehicle Theft crap which i dont have). i cannot find that wire in there anywhere. the section for the overhead module, 8W-39, does not exist in my manual at all! it goes from 8w-35 straight to 8w-40.. wtf.. it doesnt look like it was ever in there or someone was real good with a razor blade. can anyone shed some light on this?
