Default Wipers/turn signals/heat/a/c - i get nothing

Ok fellas, I’m your damsel in soon not to be distressed here-thanks to your expert advice. I just purchased a 1994 Jeep Cherokee Sport and can’t wait to get it on the road but my wipers/turn signals/heat/a/c do not work AT ALL. When I try to activate the wipers or the turn signals I get absolutely nothing and when I turn on the heat/a/c nothing.

I can follow good detailed directions. If you tell me where to troubleshoot, where it's located, colors and which screws to loosen, I can do it!

Please help me, thanks.

Yes. I changed most of the fuses in the passenger box. However there is one round fuse that is for the turning signal flasher and I can't get it out. Also, I didn't change the 5.5 AMP C/Brkr because it doesn't look like it needs to be changed. Thanks.

Yes, and I am frustrated! Where is the ignition switch located? Is that where the key is inserted?

Please pardon me, I had to put my toddler to nap. I hope you're still there. I checked the fuses under the hood and replaced the smaller ones and the big black square one that says A/C but that's it. Thanks.

Ok, I changed most of those fuses except for the big round one that is for the turning signal flashers. I have no clue how to disengage it.

Actually, the radio is working now. When I turn on the dome lights the radio comes on. Initially, it wasn't working at all. But the only speaker working is the passenger's side. Nonetheless, the complications are with the --wipers/turn signals/heat & a/c. Everything else is good!
