99 cherokee wipers only go one speed. high and lo settings the same what could be broke?

hopping it isn't that cause I have no idea how hard it is to replace luckily the part it self isn't expensive

On a 99, Im sure it's a bit more challenging since there's a airbag involved. My 93 does the same thing, but I just deal with it. It's sunny more than it's raining here in NC anyway.

Under the steering wheel there is this little box called Intermittent Wiper Delay Module that burns some circuits and need to be replaced , you can found it very cheap on ebay or some page like that ....:rockon:

The OP has a '99 - I think that only the years '87-'95 had those.
