Wipers do not work, and now radio doesnt work after new battery?

I just got a 96 and the wipers did not work, what to check first? Also the SONY deck worked before I changed my battery, put a new one in, and now won't turn on? any suggestions for either? thanks guy

Radio randomly came back on it's own. But the wiper fuse was missing all together haha. Grabbed one at a junkyard and the came right on. Thanks
