Default Wiper problem

Hi I'm korey, new to the forum but not the jeep world. I just bought a 1994 jeep cherokee with a few problems. The speedo didnt work, all fluids need to be changed, headliner ripped out, diamond plate over the old sun roof hole, ect... lol, here is the only problem i have is the windshield wipers. The PO had ripped out all the wiring out for the wiper motor (it was going to be a trail only rig for him) but now its a dilemma for me because i need them because it will be my DD/weekend toy. I have a 3 position toggle (on-off-on) and have a few spare relays laying around. Is there any way to wire it up to have the high and low function as well as the wipers park in the lowered position or am i just pissing in the wind here? Thanks for any help in advance I apologize for the long post. I attempted google searches and searches on many other forums but couldnt find any answers.

Instead of reinventing the wheel, why not just grab the harness from a donor?

I was going to try to do that but the few junkyards we have around here most of the harnesses have been chopped up, pulled, or rats have attacked them lol. I was just going to try to push with this idea because i have all the wires connected to the motor already just stuck on how to get the park function to work. I have High and low, i just hate having to time it right to have the wipers down

The only good relay i have is a littelfuse flr727 5 prong just a heads up to any one. Or i can go buy a diff one if need be. Trying to get the wipers working so i can get the title and tagging process going.
