Wiper delay?
This is probably going to sound like a dumb question, but bear with me here, I've only had my Jeep for about a month now...
I have a 1992 Cherokee and for some reason I can't figure out how to put my wipers on delay. I've read the manual, but I still can't figure it out. Can someone help me? |
Twist the wiper stick tip to the first position. Should be the delayed position.
|
You mean the "Lo" setting? I tried that, but it's still too fast. Between "Lo" and "Off" theres that Delay setting with the bars that go from short to long indicating how long the delay is (I suppose), but when I twist it to that setting, nothing happens. The manual said something about putting it in the "On" position first, but I see no "On" position. :confused1:

Any ideas?

Thank you! I'll check that out.

X2 on the module. I have the same problem... The brace that connects the two wiper shafts also broke this winter and had to weld it back together and box it in.

Mine doeant work either, but mine stoped working cause a green wore inside the steering column broke and just havent fixed it cause I need to replace the whole switch. Eventually when Im @ the JY Ill remember to get one.:brickwall:
