Windshield wipers stuck in up position, airbag light/dead gauge. 98 sport

So normally in the winter for some reason every now and then the airbag light will come on and my gauges don't work unless I hit a bump or keep turning random things on and off like a/c, blinkers and such.

Well the other day I turned on my car and turned the wipers on to get water off, the airbag light turned on and the wipers stopped working so now they are stuck in the up position. Even when the airbag light is off and the gauges are working the wipers still wont work so I can get them back down. I did try to manually pull on them a bit but not hard enough to break or crack any thing, they still didn't move though.

What should I do? I mainly just want to get the wipers back down.

Sounds like your ride has some serious electrical issues. Start with a wiring diagram and a DMM and insure all the chasis grounds are in good shape.

Careful with blinker assembly, one wrong move and your differential will fall apart.
