Window off track?

Hey guys, did a quick search and nothing came up here, but I'm pretty sure my driver's side window is off the track. When I hit the switch I can hear the regulator whir but the window doesn't move, and if I bang on the panel while I hold the button the whir turns into a clunking sound and the window sometimes vibrates. After I pop the plastic panel off the door, what do I do to get it back into the regulator? Is there a video somewhere I could take a look at? Youtube didn't give me any results either.

Thanks!

Its probably a broken plastic piece.

The video is low quality but explains the concept and the part you need can be purchased here: http://www.steigerperformance.com/

Or you can buy a replacement regulator of your choice.

Hope that helps

^^I would have to agree with this.^^
It is a common problem to have the plastic parts break on it.
