Where to take exhaust off to get Pan off
Got some great advice on the removal of the two bolts on the oil pan by the inspection plate. I believe I am going to have to remove the exhaust to get the pan all the way out. Starter is off and out of the way. I would rather not remove the exhaust if I don't have to if anyone has a better solution. If I do,where should I remove it from? Front end is dropped out of the way, starter off and inspection cover off. BTW this is NOT a clean project. I spent the last 1 1/2 hours cleaning grease and tools. No way was I going back under there in all that 15 years worth of leaking oil and grease and most of it on the floor. I will be recharged in the morning so please tell me your ideas of how to proceed. Thanks for your advice and time. Sandyman
