Theres 1 on your exhaust manifold and 1 on your cat.

This is what they look like....

One is on the downpipe below the exhaust manifold, the other is in the downstream portion of the Catylitic converter.

As Frank says we old guys gain wisdom with that age too. We know lots of stuff, especially Frank does.

Do you know where the drain plug is for the oil pan?if you do remove it and make sure you have something to drain the oil into,as to not make a mess. let oil completly drain and reinstall plug. Then remove oil filter on right side of engine, replace with new one,put a little oil on the rubber seal on filter. tighten hand tight,or just a little with wrench,do not over tighten. refill with flavor of your choice, meaning the oil you like, there is only one place on the valve cover where it can go.
Hope this helps.
There is only one way,the sequence might change but it is all the same.

I am not going to say what is the best oil,as most oil is made by a handful of companies,I use 20-50 by castrol. Alot like Valvoline.
I only use 5 quarts.
