NO HEADLIGHTS,TAIL,BRAKE,HAZARD LIGHTS. 88 Cherokee

Hi. I am new here and I am working through a snag on my girlfriends 88 Cherokee. Not working are : The headlights,Brake lights , tail lights, hazards, dome light, dash lights.
The only fuse I can identify on the fuse panel as potentially the correct one is a 25 amp fuse labelled : HDLP DLAY (or something like that)
Is this the only fuse for the headlights ??
I also test lighted all fuseable links at the starter relay and all checked out fine.
Found
4 -relays in main elec center
1 -on driver side front leftl fender
2 -beside fuse panel inside vehicle

Swapped all relays with each other to test function. No fault found

Still no lights

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

No fuse or relay for the headlights. They run off the fusible link on the starter relay.

Thanks.
That' bad news.
I was hoping that I overlooked an obvious / simple solution
Now I am really stumped as to what is causing this problem

If anyone could email me a pic of exactly which fusebale link runs the headlights ...it would really be greatly appreciated
