Hey all - on my 95, the armrest is held in by two screws and then a sort of pin on the top that turns in a plastic piece that's in the door to lock it in place. Unfortunately my insert thing is mangled and has never held, so I pulled it out in a few pieces. Any idea what this insert thing is called so I can try to find one? I'm afraid if I pulled one at the junkyard, it would get mangled coming out - any ideas?

I know what you're talking about but I haven't actually seen one. I don't know the name or if you'll have any luck finding one new. Any chance you can see a part number on it? I may be able to find one in the parts catalog.

 

#9 or #15 I am guessing.
Maybe #8?
