What goes where the blue screw is?
Where does the front and rear vent line on the vlaue cover go? Im pretty sure the one on front should go to the air box?

you are correct.
front vent on valve cover goes to airbox, the blus screw should go to the brake booster.

I think the DAPO has messed with your lines.
Valve cover:
Front hose should go to the air box lid.
The rear should narrow down and go into the port where they shoved that blue screw.
Brake Booster line in 3/8" diameter and is connected to the SIDE of the manifold just under the throttle body.
In your pic: The rearmost line should connect to your A/C vents. It goes thru the firewall.
The vaccum line in front of that should be going to your MAP sensor mounted on the firewall.
The item between these two vaccum ports is your IAT sensor..no hoses, just two wires.
