thinking of replacing my grille . . .
and headlight bezels . . . maybe even painting them red to match the body
I really like the matching colors on the 94 (I think) and later models
a previous owner had a front impact with a snowbank that somehow fubar'd the AC and cracked the grille
the grille was repaired with some sort of rubbery glue that I want to get rid of
any idea where to find info on the specific paint color?
[edit] you can sort of see the glue on the lower left side(as you're looking at it) of the left turn signal and the broken piece on the headlight bezel on the right where you can see the red underneath the light
and also the bent bumper on the same side there
I can get a better picture of it but I don't think it's that important

not only that. but you can go to a paint store. the ones by me have all the specific colors listed under the correct years so they can mix it up. why do you want to replace you grill? or do you mean just fix it?

it's cracked and was repaired with some sort of glue . . . I don't like it
there are also some dents and rust spots I want to fix and paint, so having the right paint will be a good thing
the PO gave me some primer, black and red paint, and clear coat spray cans when I picked the thing up, but I could tell the red spots he had previously worked on weren't the right color
it dried just a touch too light, and the clear coat came out kind of dull
even though it's an older vehicle, I want to keep it looking nice
you'd be surprised - well maybe not - how many newer cherokees (than mine) I've seen around here that are either sagging in the rear, rusted out, fenders hanging off, mufflers dangling etc . . .
I want to keep mine looking nice
