Default wheel swap?

Just a quick question.. is it possible to do a straight swap, taking the 16" wheels off a grand cherokee and fitting them onto an XJ, replacing the stock 15" rims?.
Thanks guys.

Your XJ wheel lug pattern is 5x4.5, as long as the wheels you want to put on have the same lug pattern and the offset works you can run them.... you can get adapters for anything though...
