yes, they are both 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern.

93-98 jeep grand cherokee (zj) are 5 on 4.5 bolt circle, the same as all cherokee's (xj)
99+ jeep grand cherokee (wj/wk) are 5 on 5 bolt pattern and will not fit the older jeeps.
also, older 15 inch rims might not fit over the later zj brakes with 16" rims.

x2 on the brake fitment. I found this out the hard way when I bought a set of stock 15 inch rims for my XJ, almost new tires. Put them on and wasn't able to move - turns out I have a rear axle off a Grand Cherokee (unk year) with rear discs, and the calipers rub on the back of the wheel.
