What's the easier way to lift my Cherokee 3"?

I don't think they make a shackle that lifts you 3"s. You'll have to do a new leaf pack or add-a-leaf in the rear. For the front you can get away with stock control arms so you'll need new coils. New shocks for the front and rear would also be good for you to get the most out of your lift. Look up a couple lift kits; that will give you an idea of what you need.
