ok guys. some idiot before me used a couple crappy lug nuts on the xj i just got. had to use a oxy acet torch to cut off the wheel stud cus it wouldnt come off.

well, i kinda burnt up the stock wheel , and am quite happy about it since i LOVE them cragar soft 8's .

i have a black xj , runnin stock 225 75 15's , and want to get the soft 8's , but also want to eventually put on 31" tires.
what rims will allow me to put on stock tires as listed above, but also allow me to put on some big 31"ers when i lift my jeep in the future?

i was guessing i just get the 5x4.5 15x7 soft 8's right? or CAN I get 16" soft 8's?

i have stock lift right now, and dont want rubbing. ALSO i am getting new tires here soon before fall, so it doenst bother me if 16's will work and i need all new tires with my new cragars.

get the 15x8s with 5x4.5 bolt patteren and 4 in back spacing and you will be fine.

 

perfect! now, around the stock tire size.... should i keep it simple with a 225 75 15 for now?
