Found this under the rear seat of an 89 Limited with rear air shocks (might or might not be correlated). Anyone know what it is?

Never know what one will find under those seats.
I usually check under the front seats a couple times a year.
With me its usually a dollar bill or two, coinage and of course lots of junk.
