Appears to be oil. Possibly pan gasket leaking. Best bet is to pressure wash the bottom REALLY well then check it after every drive to see exactly where it is coming from.

Yeah, I've been posting in the modified section. I'm lowering it, so I'm down there trying to get the front suspension and steering stuff sorted. The sway bar ends snapped instead of loosened, so I already have replacements on the shelf.
I am going to guess it could be something leaking from the cooling system. Thermostat housing, water pump or a hose. You can see its dripping down the lower radiator hose.
