Thats what it looks like. Probably why my blinker isnt as bright as it should be...

That is a speaker for the siren. The other end of the hose connected to the cone. We used to do that for undercover vehicles. Put the speaker and cone in different "hidden" spots on the car. We had cones that looked like engine parts at one time.

OK, it's established it's a siren. It was disguised for use in an under-cover unit. Hence "the Turk" was really under cover. Sirens are illegal, so you where set up by undercover law enforcement. That doesn't happen to just anyone Dreamer. So what are you REALLY up to, Eh? Something you are not telling us? And what kind of name is "Dreamer" anyway. Sounds like something you made up. Just confess Dreamer, it's OK. You'll feel better

Okay, if its a siren...I need to get this thing working... Dreamer is something I made up..you caught me...im a 20yr old assassin...to get all of you.... Oh well I can still get you. I'm hella curious on this thing now...It rained today so i didnt get at it. Soon my friends, I will have the answer and show you all.
