What does this hose connect to?

SOLVED

I was took my dash apart and found this hose dangling loose on on end. The other end runs to the center duct area. I don't think it's hooked to the center duct but runs under it.

That is the AC hose that goes to a small vent in the lower drivers side panel Think of it as a drivers crotch vent
