What do these plugs go to???

What do these plugs go to???
Replaced the heater core in my 87 XJ Laredo and was getting ready to put the lower dash back, when I noticed these two grey plugs on the right of the passenger side. I don't remember them when I was taking things apart.
Any idea what they are?
