Default What is the correct color shade to paint my side moldings? 01 jeep cherokee

Hello Guys, i would like to ask a question to you guys... what is the correct color of black shade that i should purchase to paint my bumper ends (front / back) and body side moldings. I was told I can use flat black? some told me satin black....can i use dupli color for plastic? or the Krylon Fusion works better? ... my bumper ends are faded and the moldings are faded now to light grey....and i want my 01 cherokee to look fresh ... thanks !

They sell this stuff from quadratec, its called Forever Black. Item number 91083.600, $9.99 + Shipping and Handling. This stuff works amazingly well, and you will have enough to do all your fenders, if you need to, and still have plenty left. Great product. Didn't really think it would work, but the price was negligable, so I gave it a shot, and I was hooked. I use the stuff whenever I need to, and it works great. And there is no paint to chip off. Well worth the money.

x2 Best stuff. Did not like the idea of painting the flares.

Haha it's funny - the Rustoleum bumper paint actually has a picture of a cherokee on it as the model

I was going to do this today, how did that Rustoleum work out? I saw the same can at Walmart and figured may as well use the can with my XJ on it if it works! Have you used it yet?

I used Forever Black and wasn't very impressed. What I ended up doing was, ripped the moldings off and used bedliner all the way around.
