Buy or make lower control arm drop brakes F250 coils and rear blocks. This will handle and flex like crap. Better off to just start out with a 4.5 RC short arm lift with new rear leafs or shackles.

Ive found that building your own lifts just never work out like the ones you buy... Most of these kits have a ton of design and geometry done to them to get max performance for your rig .. if you know and understand the geometry and are a great fabricator you could do it... being a fabricator myself I still do not build my own kits due to the cost of trial and error ... no matter how good you are you wont get everything dead right the first time... but if you want a good start rear trailing arms for you 4 link set up ( if your going that route ) should be 6' x 6' in front of your car... the angle of the arms should point so that they intersect at 6' in front and 6' off the ground in front of your rig ... then adjust from there for your ride... if you want to try it just get yourself some mild steel and practice then when you get it all right buy some DOM tube and build a finished kit... do not waste your money on 4130 ... its a joke
