Default Welded floor pans

Well I finally got around to getting my floor pans welded in.
The prep work took forever and a day, but it's done.
Now I have to seam seal, Por-15 & rhino line.
Which should I apply 1st ?

Looks good. I only had a few smaller holes so I just took my grinder and found good metal, cut out the bad, covered in truck bed liner, riveted a patch panel in, and painted again with truck bed liner.
