Mine came out fine. I made sure to spray the hell out of it with penetrating oil first and let it soak in.

Not to be a dick but if your trying to do this on a budget why waste the money on the the lift blocks and such? I would just spray the bolts down good for a couple days in a row and then have at it! I know the weather sucks around here( I live West of the Windy City).

just worried about the bolt inside the frame i have no tools to get to it if it does break

I'm adding a 2 inch RC lift whenever it comes in, in about a week. I'm just gonna PB Blaster all the bolts that are gonna need to come off to do the install. I plan on doing it every day from now until the lift comes, so they break free without any problems. Even if you do break the weld nut, that leaf spring isn't going anywhere until you get it out, so you'd be able to drive it to a shop if you really had to, just real slowly. I don't see why you'd waste the time with the lift blocks anyway, you'll be outside in the cold putting them on anyway, might as well do the shackles. If you're that concerned, just wait till the warm weather to put the lift on and leave it stock for now. Just my two cents, though.
