Weird Thing Going On
I just had my transmission rebuilt since I drowned it in about 4 ft of water. Now my oil pressure guage stays right above zero. What should I do?

Well sounds like either a oil pump or oil pressure sending unit......
If i were you i would get a new sending alot cheaper and easier to do then a oil pump if it not the sending unit then it's most likely the oil pump....

get a machanical gauge hook it up and check what your pressue actually is the electric gauges in these trucks plain old suck check with mechanical gauge then if it is low either its the oil pump or the bearings

Check the connection on the pressure sending unit. Its located right by the oil filter. It MIGHT be unplugged or broken. I'd look there before tearing into the engine.

Well unfortunately tonight I tried all of your guys suggestions and none of them worked. Im not sure what to do so I guess I'm just gonna keep driving it. I know there is enough oil, and there doesn't seem to be any blow back so I guess I will have to see what happens.
