Weird sound

Weird sound

After running for a while the engine starts to make a kind of whining sound when it's revving and turning. The turning doesn't seem to have any different or louder sounds then just going straight or revving when parked. It seems kind of like it's coming from the back but I can't be sure. It's definitely not the power steering or anything involved with the belt. It sounds a little like a winding up sound like a turbo on a diesel. It doesn't start making the sound until the engine is warm. If anyone has any guesses or knows for sure it isn't bad please let me know. Thanks.
